Perfect For The Whole Family
Updating your family images is easy with Kirative Images. Specialising in posed studio portraits the whole family will enjoy. You can choose to have a few family images, spending the rest of the session time focusing on sibling and individual images of your children. Our personalised session plans allow us to be flexible and capture what matters most to you.
Family Sessions can include newborns. These session will focus on parents with baby. We do not offer posed individual newborn images. If you are wanting individual images of your baby, please book a newborn session.
When Should I Book My Children or Family Session?
What To Expect On The Day?
Children and family sessions go for 1 hour.
Children only sessions use 1 backdrop and provide time for 2 outfit changes in the session. We usually have some dresses available for girls to borrow with sizes ranging from 1-10 years. We have white shirts for boys ranging from 1-4 years.
(Couture gowns are not included in these sessions. Please see Dream Dress sessions for girls)
For family sessions we typically select one backdrop and spend more time capturing individual and group images within the family. Its always nice to get the parents together, without the children for a few images too.
When you arrive, your children will have a few minutes to adjust to the new environment. Depending on age, they may play with a few toys and balls to settle in and then away we go.
No matter what session you choose. We aim to provide you with 30+ images to view in your edited gallery

Maternity Sessions
Capturing your beautiful baby belly, is best done around 32-36 weeks.
1 hour sessions, with your choice of casual styling or formal gowns available to borrow at the studio. Your session includes the use of 2 dresses and we discuss all your needs via a personalised session plan.
Newborn Sessions
Newborns are best photographed 5-23 days after birth. This is the perfect time to capture those newborn curly poses you see on my website.
Sessions are 2-3 hours long and include parent and sibling images at no extra cost.
Recommended booking time is 3 months before your baby is due.
Sitter Sessions
Children 6 mths – 2 years. Sitter sessions are perfect for documenting your babies first year.
30 min studio sessions with all props and outfits included. Your child will experience 3 different setups and 2 backdrop changes, providing you with a variety of images to choose from in your final gallery.
Cake Smash Sessions
Celebrate your childs special day with a personalised cake smash session.
Including basic cake, balloons or decorations. Your child will love experiencing cake in a whole new way.
Worried about the mess? We have you covered. Splash and play is included in your session and is guaranteed to get the best smiles.
Dream Dress Sessions
Dream dress sessions are designed for girls age 3-12 years old. They will get the opportunity to feel like a princess, in our quality couture gowns and crowns. Spinning, twirling and dancing their way through the session. Dream dress sessions will leave your little girl feeling empowered and beautiful.
